You know the simple things in your life that just make you happy? Well, when I came across this picture I just knew I had to post it. Lyza would be content all day everyday if she could stay in her "pj's" and play "mommy" to he "babies." These are just a few of the items I know bring so much joy into my daughters life. Here are just a few more of Lyza's greatest loves.
- "my spot" (on her pink star blanket)
- "ogurt" (yogurt)
- mickey mouse club house
- "elphaba" (music from the soundtrack "wicked")
- any kind of skirt (of course only if she is not in her pj's)
- purses (seriously does a 2 year old need that many purses?)
- milk in her sippy cup
- talking before bed
It will be nice to look back at this "simple list of pleasures" when our Lyza is grown. I hope that her greatest loves in life are still so simplistic.

Shaundee, it is now well past midnight and I have successfully posted my first blog posting! I should have looked through yours more thoroughly before I did, though I guess I am glad I didn't because I would feel very unable to do it myself. Yours is very introspective and thoughtful. Don't worry, I just slapped some pics and words on mine and called it good...and it still took me way past midnight (hmmm).
