calling heaven...

Teaching your 3 year old that she can talk to Heavenly Father and Jesus anytime she wants (in prayer) can sometimes back fire on you.

Lyza: Mom I am starving please feed me before you feed baby brother. (she was not starving 5 seconds ago until she saw that I was going to feed the baby)

Me: Lyza I will feed you as soon as I am done feeding your brother.

Lyza: (now whinnying) No you have to feed me now… (and laying on the ground in the midst of a great tantrum)

Me: Lyza, remember that we don’t talk like that and we need to be patient. Mom will get to you as soon as she can.

Lyza: Stands up and stomps her leg and says. “Fine then I’m not going to be your daughter anymore. I’m going to call Jesus and Heavenly Father and I’m going to live with them up in Heaven and you will never see me again.” Walks off to her room.

Oh, the teenage years should be so much fun!!

Oh Boy, Girls! We are getting use to the girl drama in our house having four boys doesn't prepare you for the drama surrounding a girl. They are such a joy though. I'm learning to have a little extra patience with her. And learning to just laugh. I love getting on your blog, the pictures are always such fun. We love the blog's about Lyza, she always says the cutest things and totally how kids think. Loved for freezer what a great picture. And the picture of Steve and Seth well it made me cry. What a great little family you guys have. Love you guys.

Finally I caught up! Lyza is perfect. The milk is wonderful, honestly GOLD!!! Your boys are great, and you look absolutely AMAZING in those white pants. Honestly, the gym is fantastic, but unnecessary when you look like that in those pants.
